Reviews Policy
Last updated 4 May 2026
MVPHub reviews are designed to reflect real buyer and developer experience with a listed MVP or variant.
Who can review
Product reviews may be submitted only by verified buyers with a paid, non-refunded order for the MVP or variant being reviewed. Sellers may not review their own listings. Developer reviews are separate from buyer reviews and must identify code quality, documentation, architecture, security, or maintainability observations.
Prohibited review activity
The following activity is not allowed:
- fake reviews or reviews from people without real experience;
- seller self-reviews, employee reviews, or undisclosed insider reviews;
- review swapping;
- payment, discounts, gifts, or other incentives conditioned on review sentiment;
- pressure to remove or change a negative review;
- AI-generated reviews submitted as if written from real experience.
Moderation
Negative reviews are not removed because they are negative. A review may be hidden or removed only when it violates policy, contains unlawful content, exposes secrets or personal data, is spam, or is unrelated to the purchased item.
Sellers may publish one public response to a review. Review flags are handled through moderation and do not change ranking until resolved.
Version context
When available, reviews show the variant and version reviewed. A later version may improve or regress, so MVPHub may show current trust signals alongside historical reviews.
